Promotewho.com - Sin City’s premier live EDM group, Splitbreed, has teamed up with superstar DJ Stellar to release their next EP, “Bassdrop, Lovefall” August 7 with his label Calamity of Noise. The group is releasing their music video for the track “Bassdrop, Lovefall” July 25 online. The video highlights the group’s intense live performances in 2012.

Heavy on the deep and positive vibrations, Splitbreed is a four-piece EDM outfit based in Las Vegas. Combining two live vocalists with a dj and drummer is what makes the live experience unique in its energy and message. Their music draws from their struggles and triumphs within Sin City and beyond.

Founding members, Tau’i and Kalani, are third generation Hawaiian entertainers. The passion coursing through their veins is evident on and off stage. East coast import B Genius mans the decks. Keeping everyone in motion is his number one priority. Anisa’s powerful presence behind the drum kit rounds out the live experience that is Splitbreed.

Since the band’s inception in the summer of 2010, they have shared the stage with the likes of Joey Mo’e, Messinian, Bare, Metaphase, Asher Roth, Three 6 Mafia and Common Kings. Two singles released through Play Me Records have cracked the top 30 on Beatport’s dubstep chart. With prominent gigs under their belts and more to look forward to in 2012, Splitbreed’s wave has just only started to rise.
