One of the top underrated veterans of HipHop gives his insight on his experience in the game. He is a true testament that you don't have to have major radio airplay or commercial success to be successful in this business. Real HipHop artist don't need a major label if you have true skill and worth ethic it will eventually pay off.
I must admit it took me a couple of times to listen to this Cd to really appreciate it. I'm from the Boom Bap Era so I tend to lean more towards a more hardcore Common. I have to say none of his albums sound the same he is a true artist no doubt about that. My favorite track on this is Cd is "Sweet" where my man Common is poking fun at the singing rappers of today. I loved it...check it out!!

If more black women thought like this woman, relationships and marriages would be successful. And black women wouldn't be telling the world how bad black men are. But I do understand ladies, black men as a whole have not been doing our part either. There is a huge disconnection between us and instead of working it out amongst ourselves we go to other races for refuge. The point of the conversation ladies is to say when you do meet a good brother allow him to be the man in your life don't fight it. Checkout the video below:
Honestly I'm a Underground HipHop kind of guy so I like that hardcore in your face political rap. But I must admit I feel as though Drake has skills. That being said Drake you are a Singer/Rapper period own up to it don't get mad because you got called out. Common would destroy Drake in a toe-to-toe battle. Besides if you felt as though you weren't a "soft" rapper why even replay to what was said if he didn't mention your name?

UnsungHipHop.Com would like to pay our respect to all of the natural beauties we met at the Nzuri Natural Hair Show in Houston...continue to rock your beautiful NATURAL HAIR!! Shout out to my man DJ NIMBUS who was rockin' that "Real" HipHop, auto-tones and skinny jeans not permissible.
If you don't know your history about black hair and your sporting Locs or Afros you need to see this. Even if you do know you need to show this to someone that doesn't! Over the years I've met many non natural women and I realize one thing I can't date a woman who is not natural. Now I know that just because a woman is natural doesn't mean she is a good woman but to me its a start. I know I'm one of the very few brothers who prefer natural black women but I know its not just the about hair its an spiritual for me. This video is a small testament why.
