2morrows Victory - “Rancid Dreamstate” - {Video}

 Coming out of the depths of South London Underground HipHop the eclectic duo 2morrows Victory consider this very situation – “meeting the dream situation and turning it down for the actual dream” – over cosmic, shifting production on “Rancid Dreamstate.” This is an example of how HipHop is so universal.  It's like the other countries are in their 90's era of HipHop where lyrical content was more important than "Money, Hoes, and Rims".  This is what UnsungHipHop.Com is all about showing love and paying homage to the "Real" Emcees.
Comprised of Rafael Powell and Chicago native Greg B [and hotly tipped by Gilles Peterson last year] the group’s influences span a Hip Hop, Soul landscape ranging from Madlib to Little Dragon, culminating in a “dream-like ambience” for their new project, The Prime. “Dreams are ‘the prime’ moments of peoples lives. This music is about blending dreams and real life,” explains Greg B of their six-track EP, self-released and available to buy now.
