"Hand Em Up" is Phaçade's call to revolution. Not a political revolution however, but a revolution of the mind. This kind of HipHop feels more like a PR complain for black power and cultural equality done in non Public Enemy kind of way, courtesy of MagicXBeats. I'm all for pushing positive images to help break down the stereotypes and white supremacy.
