It's been awhile since we 've featured that REal Hardcore HipHop, but most of it is whack. Quilly is one of those dope street Philly rappers who pour their life on wax. Some folks maybe offended by his words and metaphors, but I love it. Coming up in the streets of Baltimore, I understand the passion and the pain behind a artist raised in the streets.
