Devine Carama, is probably one of my top 5 underground HipHop artist. We have been featuring him for years on this site because he constantly put out dope and relevant music. Even when he took off a year from HipHop to run his non-profit foundation he still came back with a vengeance. Make sure you checkout his catalog, he's the truth.
